• On-Site Payment: Available for services that allow this option, after prior confirmation of the reservation.

Product and Service Delivery Policy

• Services: All services offered by Vino Chalets are delivered according to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with confirmation sent via email or phone.

• Note: We reserve the right to adjust the delivery timeframe depending on product availability and external conditions (e.g., public holidays, special events).

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Cancellations:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

• If you cancel within the 7 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation.

• For no-shows, the no-show fee will be equivalent to the cancellation fee.
